A box should open up. You can rate the photo, add your name (not shown), and add a comment.

Click inside of the big blue box to add a written comment.

This is the tough part - In the small box next to the word code are four letters or numbers. You have to type these into the box on the right.

If the letters are unreadable, click on "code unreadable" to get another set of letters/numbers.

They have this as a safe-guard so some computer doesn't come along and fill in a bunch of bogus comments (or advertisements).
